The National Children's Center for Rural and Agricultural Health and Safety strives to enhance the health and safety of all children exposed to hazards associated with agricultural work and rural environments. Staff members have advanced training in injury prevention, health promotion, agricultural safety, and related topics. National Children's Center funding from the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH) allows the Center to provide a wide range of services related to children and adolescents living in rural areas and working in agricultural environments.
